Company
Marusoku Co., Ltd. is based in the Osaka City Central Wholesale Market and engages
in the wholesale intermediary business of fresh produce.
Marusoku Co., Ltd. is a wholesaler of fresh produce at the Osaka Central Wholesale Market. We usually wholesale fresh vegetables, mainly to supermarkets. Prices are subject to market fluctuations, but we are confident that our discerning eye and procurement capabilities are among the best in Osaka. Our main customers are Aeon Group companies, Hankyu Group companies, and local supermarkets. This time we would like to introduce the Yakiimo division, which was established about seven years ago and focuses on baked sweet potatoes. We will make the most of the discerning eye we have cultivated through our handling of fresh produce and our position close to the producers to introduce you to the baked sweet potato business.
The popularity of baked sweet potatoes is spreading further
as a healthy food without additives.
In Japanese supermarkets, it is common for sweet potatoes to be baked in the produce section. Our company rents small and medium-sized sweet potato baking machines and offers a wide range of roasting options, including in-store, next to the cash register, and in the daily section. We can also offer individual packaging for the chilled and frozen sections.
